Negan

Before the apocalypse was a former second hand cars salesman and now in the apocalypse he is a deadly threat to Rick Grime's group. Negan is also the leader of a group called the Saviors but not any more because they are because they are now lead by Dwight. Negan has killed several people and he even killed Glenn Rhee and other survivors. Negan carries a baseball bat with sharp wire attached to it  and he killed Glenn with it! Negan is dangerous as the Governor but also is an enemy to the Hilltop Colony.
