The Governor

Philip Blake AKA The Governor is the leader of Woodbury and a deadly enemy to Rick Grimes and his group. The Governor has killed many people such as Hershel Greene, Allen and even some of his own troops. The Governor has kept a secret from the Woodbury people and the secret is that his daughter Penny is a Walker and is inside Woodbury chained up. The Governor has his eye stabbed by Michonne after she killed Penny. The Governor had a former relationship with Andrea before they were enemies but later they are enemies. The Governor also beats Rick to death where he is later stabbed in the heart by Michonne.
