Brian Blake owned a music store that went out of business leaving Brian angry. When the outbreak began Brian went and joined his Brother Philip and his friends Bobby, Nick and Philip's daughter Penny.After Bobby died of a Walker bite the group went to Atlanta. The group finds a place to stay but there were other survivors that were bandits and they shot down every one but Brian and Penny tried to escape but Penny got shot in the chest and died. Before she turned Brian got her and himself away from the city. Brian then takes Penny chained up and they arrive at a town called Woodbury. Brian killed all of the Walkers and builded a large wall to stop the Walkers from getting in and later Woodbury became a popular safe zone for Survivors. Brian now goes by the name the Governor and he got Penny's teeth removed so she could not bite him. The Governor keeps Penny locked up in his house and likes to give Penny's hair a brush. When The Governor meets Rick's group they do not get along and The Governor does bad things to Michonne but in return Michonne cuts The Governor's eye out with a spoon! The Governor has killed many people like Hershsel Greene and many others even his troops from Woodbury. When The Governor beats Rick to death he is shot in the head by Lilly Caul in return after she was forced to kill Rick's wife and daughter.
